If you would like to volunteer to help with our ministry,
here are some of the way you can help
.

Volunteer Quilters
  • The quilts must be durable because they will have to be washed many times

  • The quilts should not have embellishments such as buttons or charms. This is particularly important for the children's quilts

  • The quilts can be hand or machine quilted, tied with yarn, ribbon or embroidery floss

  • All quilts will have a "Victoria's Quilts" label.

  • All the quilts will be accompanied to the recipient with a Victoria's Quilt gift card

The quilt sizes should be

Adult and Youth quilts = 42" x 48"

Baby quilt = 36" x 36"

  • You may choose a pattern you are most comfortable with, just try to stay within the size recommendations

  • The quilts should have a thin layer of batting so they are not too heavy or bulky

  • The backing should be flannel (flannelette) to provide warmth and comfort

If you know of any other quilters who might be interested in our ministry, please direct them to our web site.

One way that everyone can volunteer to help this ministry is through prayer. Please remember us in your prayers.

Thanks and God bless!
