MISSION STATEMENT

Victoria's Quilts is established in my sister-in-laws name
Victoria Ann Morrison

She was a wife, mother, grandmother, she was my best friend and she was a cancer patient.� One of the comments she made to me about her chemo therapy was that she got cold while she was laying there waiting for the days therapy to be over.� I hope "Victoria's Quilts" is a warm solution to this discomfort for cancer patients.� I remembered her comment and I wanted to do something.� Since she made so many quilts in her lifetime, I thought that was a good place to start.� She took the fear out of quilting for me, she said, "People aren't perfect why do quilts have to be?".� It is my ministry to donate handmade quilts to cancer patients and facilities that serve cancer patients.

�����It is very important to mention again that Victoria's Quilts are all donated to the patient or facility.

�����I accept this ministry from the Lord with a humble heart. � The quilts which are donated to a cancer treatment facility can be kept by the facility or given to the patient, if the patient requests it.� My only desire is that the donated quilts never be sold, they are not intended to profit, only comfort.� All the quilts will be identified as one of "Victoria's Quilts".

To request a quilt for a cancer patient or facility simply send an email or sign the questbook, send a note to the address below or call with the name and mailing address of the recipient.� The request will be placed on our recipients list and as soon as quits are received in the office they are sent out by U.S. Mail.� It usually takes two or three days for delivery
